Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa made his first appearance in an NFL game vs the New York Jets on Sunday. He finished the game a perfect 2/2 for 9 yards.
For several weeks, I’ve used my Monday morning to cut up highlights from Tua’s previous performance. And while these were mostly just to humor the Left Arm of God’s mass following, it always gave fans something to look forward.
But after Tua’s five snaps vs the New York Jets. Brian Flores, Chris Grier, and the entire Miami Dolphins’ organization are now longer looking towards the future with Tagovailoa–but living in the now.
The 2020 5th-overally picked looked great in limited action. And best of all, the hip injury that he suffered nearly a year ago to the day, looked fully healed and ready.
